- “What materials are your items made of?”: 

We exclusively offer items that are made out of faux fur. This means that most of our items are made out of the substitute of fur: polyester. This material is the best replacement that keeps you warm and cozy!

- “The item i want is out of stock, when will it be back?”:

Because we are a small buisness, our stock is limited. Although most of the time we can back-order our items, it can take up to 7-10 working days before our stock is completed. You can always sign up for the ‘back in stock’ alert at the product page. This way you’ll automatically receive an email when your favorite item is back in stock!

- “Are the items ‘All Weatherproof’?: 

Our items are made to keep you warm and cozy during the cold winter-days. Even though we make sure to use the softest and thickest materials, we do not recommend exposing your items to wet surfaces or lots of snow/ice, because it can leed to the item losing its ability to keep you warm. 

- “What payment methods do you offer?”:

We accept the following payments:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, Klarna, iDeal, Maestro, Shop Pay, UnionPay, PayPal. 

- “I haven’t received my order, what can i do?”: 

If you havent received your order, please mail to: hanathelabel@outlook.com so we can assist you. 

- “Can i cancel my order?”: 

Unfortunatly, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once they are placed, so it is really important that you check your adress and details are correct before your purchase.

- “Do you ship worldwide?”: 

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping ✈️

- "What are the shipping costs?”:

Shipping costs very based on the country the order has to be shipped to and the weight of the packages. These costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.

- “How long will it take before i receive my order”?

We aim to send all of our orders within 1-2 working days (expect for back-orders). Please note that shipping to foreign countries (outside NL or BE) might take up to 5-10 working days before you will receive your order. You’ll automatically receive a track and trace code after your order has been shipped, so you can track your items yourself. Still haven’t received your order after 10 working days? - “How do i return something?”:

If you want to make a return, please send an email with your name and order number to: hanathelabel@outlook.com. Please note that the return costs are for the customer, unless discussed otherwise. See our Terms & conditions for more information. 

- “My item is defect, what can i do?”: 

Please send an email to: hanathelabel@outlook.com or fill in the contact form if you have received a defect item. We always check our items on any defects once we ship them, so we do not give any guarantees on our items once they are delivered, unless there has been a mistake from our side. If so, please inform us within 7 days, so we can find a proper solution. 

- “How do i exchange an item?”:

Unfortunatly, we don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Terms and Conditions of Hana The Label :



These terms and conditions were prepared with the permission of Hana The Label on 21.11.2024 and are effective from this date.



1. General



1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Hana The Label (hereinafter "we" or "us") and the customer (hereinafter "customer" or "you") regarding products or services offered through our website or other sales channels.



1.2. By placing an order or using our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.



1.3. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version of the general terms and conditions is always available on our website.



2. Orders and Agreements



2.1. An agreement is established when an order is placed by the customer via the website and confirmed by us.



2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without giving any reason.



2.3. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.



3. Prices and Payment



3.1. All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.



3.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of order, via the payment methods available on our website.



3.3. We reserve the right to change prices or adjust at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.



4. Delivery



4.1. We strive to ship the ordered products within the specified delivery time. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on availability and customer location.



4.2. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as delivery service delays or force majeure.



4.3. The customer is obliged to check the order upon receipt and report any damage or defects to us within 7 days of receipt.



5. Returns and right of withdrawal



5.1. The customer has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving reasons, provided that the product is returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.



5.2. Returns must be reported to us in advance by the customer using the contact details on the website.



5.3. The costs for return shipments shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.



5.4. We will refund the amount paid within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment, provided that the product has been received in good condition.



6. Warranty and Liability



6.1. We offer warranty on the products we supply, in accordance with legal provisions.



6.2. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or for damages caused by force majeure.



6.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.



7. Privacy and Data Processing.



7.1. We respect the privacy of our customers and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.



7.2. Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders and improving our services, unless otherwise agreed.



8. Intellectual Property Rights.



8.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the products, images and texts on our website belong to Hana The Label or the relevant right holders.



8.2. Customers are not permitted to use or reproduce any materials from our website without prior permission.



9. Applicable Law and Disputes.



9.1. All agreements and transactions between the customer and Hana The Label are governed by Dutch law.



9.2. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
